Terms and Conditions

These terms cover your use of Staff Services, an internal tool operated by Friendship United Methodist Church ("the church," "we," "us") for church staff and volunteers who use Staff Services, including the optional Staff Services Text Alerts text message program.
Text message program
Staff Services Text Alerts sends text messages about your activity in Staff Services. Messages include timesheet, expense, reimbursement, and approval notifications — for example, when something is waiting for your approval or when a request you submitted is approved, rejected, or paid. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
- How to opt in: sign in, open your profile, enter your mobile number, and check the box agreeing to receive text messages. The box is unchecked by default. Opting in is optional and is not a condition of employment, volunteering, or using Staff Services.
- Message frequency varies with your activity in the app.
- Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
- To opt out, reply STOP to any message. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and no further texts will be sent. You can also uncheck the box in your profile. To opt back in, check the box again or reply START.
- For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at [email protected] or (513) 821-5725.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed.

Use of Staff Services
Access is limited to people the church has given an account. Keep your sign-in details private, enter accurate information, and use the app only for church business. We may suspend access that is misused or no longer needed.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the app or receive texts after a change means you accept the updated terms.
